Welcome to Crash 2010, a brand new music festival to be held in Abermule, Powys, Mid Wales on 14th August 2010. We are featuring many local and not so local musicians in a Battle of the Bands format. There will be plenty of attractions for all the family including fully stocked bar, selection of food stalls, and a self contained kids area, so why not get a family ticket and bring the whole family!

As everyone who was there will know, we had a team of professional photographers onsite all day long who have captured some amazing photos of the bands, the action, the crowd and the whole site. Well what can i say - a BIG THANKYOU to everyone tho supported CRASH FESTIVAL 2010 - Organisers, Stewards, Sponsors, Judges, Bands, and not to mention all of you who came to enjoy the first ever Crash Festival. It really was a great day, even with a couple of rain showers, the show went on and the atmosphere was fantastic, we have so many positive comments recieved and the feedback is great....so onto next year...WATCH THIS SPACE!

Unfortunately Shameless Faith will no longer be playing at Crash Festival due to unforseen circumstances, but we still have 16 fantastic bands to make this a fantastic day!

We are pleased to announce that Colour Sunday will be headlining this years Crash Festival. Drawing comparisons with the likes of Foo Fighters, 3 Doors Down and Paramore, Colour Sunday play simple, melody-driven, heartfelt songs that will warm your soul and stick in your head. With recent outings such as headlining the Beacon stage at OsFest, and appearances on BBC Shropshire Live Sessions, Colour Sunday are ones to watch! Check them out on the line-up page.
With under 6 weeks to go we now have the full 14 competeing bands confirmed! Check out the line-up page for all the info, bio's and websites of all our bands. This really is an exciting lineup of new and fully established bands and musicians and one not to be missed! With bands from as local as Abermule itself to the rest of Montgomeryshire and Shropshire, and as far afield as Huddersfield and Bath, and with a range of genres including Rock, Punk, Indie, Blues, Acoustic, Hip-Hop , Soul, Reggae , Ska and Calypso, this eclectic mix is sure to have a bit of something for everyone!
The last of the under 21 bands is now confirmed - Local band 'Cool Kids Write In Blue' who supported X-Factor finalist Lloyd Daniels at his recent gig in Newtown!! This completes an exciting Under 21 Line-up for the afternoon section and a vast range of up and coming local talent will be on show - one not to be missed!
We have been busy behind the scenes at Crash HQ and we have 11 out of the 14 bands confirmed now, with more in the pipeline. Latest additions are Local Boys Organised Chaos in the under 21's section, and the legendary Dai Robs adding to an increasingly spectacular looking lineup in the open section for the evening! Keep your eyes peeled in this news section and the lineup page, and also on our facebook page (link at the top of this page) for announcment of special guest performances and headlining acts!!
